All order will be shipped out with 5-7 business days. An initial order confirmation will be sent following your order. Within the 5-7 business day window, an additional tracking number will be emailed to the customer. We provide free express shipping. return & exchange policy
Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, all of our products are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any hair extension, lashes, or gloss purchases. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. Hair cannot be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed, cut, or taken out of the bundle. Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best virgin hair.
